You may have noticed we're using illustrated posters to showcase many of our projects. (Well, at least we hope you've noticed!)
At first it might seem strange to use posters to showcase our work. Why not go with screenshots like everyone else? Well, aside from an obvious desire to be different, we've done lots and lots of thinking about how best to describe what we do. And y'know what? We think screenshots don't really do our work justice.
(Although, if you want to see screenshots look here.)
We decided to go with something fun, different and hopefully memorable. The posters are designed to be a visual accompaniment to and physical artifact for our work.
As well, we thought the posters would present a great way to bring some great people in to work with us. We think art is a big part of what we do, and what better way to support art (heh) than to become a patron of sorts? If you're an illustrator and you're interested in helping out, get in touch with us!
We take great pride in our work, and in the idea of giving ourselves (and our clients) something fun, cool and different to mark a job well done. It's not without risk, but hey; it's not like we're ditching screenshots altogether.
And now the small print. It should be noted that these illustrations don't necessarily reflect the values, beliefs or views of the companies (or projects) they portray. They've been commissioned by Blue Flavor as a form of art work and should be treated as such.
