Announcing Jeff Croft!

June 11th, 2007 at 9:49 a.m.

A month or so ago we announced our Polaroid contest where we asked y’all to send in photos for great prizes. We weren’t exactly inundated with Polaroids. In fact, we received only one submission. From a really wacky guy named Jeff Croft.

We liked it so much not only did we decided to declare him the winner on the spot, we gave him a job as well!

Jeff Croft's Winning Polaroid!

All kidding aside, it’s my absolute pleasure to announce that we’re adding the lovely and amazingly talented Jeff Croft to the Blue Flavor family! He’ll be moving out here to Seattle from Lawrence later this summer and we couldn’t be more excited.

For those of you who don’t know Jeff, he’s one of the foremost Web designers in the world right now. I realize that’s a bold claim, but in my opinion it’s true. For the last few years he’s been doing some great things as the Senior Designer for World Online, the creators of the Django-based Ellington CMS and true leaders in the online news space. He’s a talented designer, accomplished speaker, writer and someone who’s got a clear passion for what he does.

He’s also a great guy and pretty much a perfect fit for us. I feel like we got really lucky to be able to talk to him about working with us, and the fact that he’s decided to come out to Seattle and join our team is really remarkable.

Welcome aboard Jeff! We couldn’t be happier to have you!
